The temple bell begins it’s toll sombre
Signaling the end of the tiring day
The birds fly through a sky that is ombré
The silent sisters walk in the last ray
The church becomes dark and silent in night
A chandelier glitters above the aisle
In the stone walls the mice begin to bite
Beneath the altar creeps the vile black bile
The bishop is sleeping cold as the grave
The accursed are creeping pale as tombstones
Silent creeping out of their bloody cave
Beneath the chandelier gnawing on bones
The bishop wakes beneath the sun’s bright light
He does not know what happened in the night
